ABOUT RRG

Reyes Restoration Group (RRG) was born from the love of nascent soul, doo-wop and other early forms of r&b and popular music. RRG's initial foundational goal was to present enhanced versions of underrepresented music, especially (but not exclusively) from the Latino, African American and other minority communities.

Reviving a range of rare, localised and obscure recordings from the true golden ages of music, RRG has employed diverse audio restoration skills and technologies to bring renewed clarity, fidelity and wider availability to many important historic recordings. With over 70 years of collective experience amongst our team of engineers and studio technicians, RRG is proud to present some of the highest quality digital renditions of once-uncommon offerings from decades past.

With deep roots in Latino music culture, RRG's early years were spent compiling forgotten or unavailable releases for the Chicano and Lowrider communities, who embraced with open arms the restored audio and high fidelity versions of underground cult hits paired with culturally relevant artwork and imagery. Transitioning this material from near-obsolete formats into the digital age, RRG has gradually expanded operations globally and into a number of additional genres, along the path developing an impressive repertoire of material, relationships and digital library content.
